Firefox Training wasn't founded because the industry needed another Training Provider.
It was founded because too many capable technicians were being let down by the traditional education system and we believed the Fire Protection Industry deserved another way to learn.
After more than 25 years working in the industry, we saw the same problem repeated over and over again. Highly capable technicians with years of experience were struggling in traditional classroom environments.
Not because they lacked the ability.
Because the training wasn't designed for the way they learned.
